I am an instructional designer focused on pedagogy-driven decision-making in higher education. My work centers on helping educators align learning outcomes, cognitive rigor, and ethical considerations before selecting instructional tools. I developed the Pedagogy-First Compass Framework to guide course design, faculty development, and evaluation practices while maintaining flexibility across disciplines. My current efforts involve refining the framework’s theoretical foundations, documenting implementation patterns, and examining how structured design guidance influences instructional quality.
